shipping methods
  All items are shipped using FedEx or USPS. Most larger items will be sent using FedEx while smaller items are sent via USPS. If the item appears to have been damaged by FedEx immediately tell the FedEx driver you do not want to receive this package or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 3 days to file the damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and then if they are refuse the package claiming the damage.
 
 
when are items shipped
  All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once an item is shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information if it is made available by the carrier. For items shipped without a tracking number, you will receive an email with the date the item was shipped and an estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery time and may vary depending on the carrier.
