We hope you are satisfied with all of the products you will find in our store.
However, if you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 14
days of your order for a full refund, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
Please review the following for specific items relating to returns.
Damaged / Defective Items If you receive an item in a damaged or defective condition,
please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
We will make every reasonable effort to replace the damaged or defective item as
quickly as possible. We will cover shipping costs in the event you receive an item
that is damaged or defective.

Please note that certain items are custom made based upon customer specifications for
that order. Once the order is processed and purchased, these items cannot be returned
or exchanged. Items that have printing either embroidery or screenprinting cannot be
returned. Exceptions would be misprints or misspelled words after original artwork is checked.

All returned items must be in new, unworn or unused condition with the original packaging,
stickers or tags intact and in undamaged condition or they will not be accepted for return.

Simply call our return department at (404) 915-9080 to first obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number for your item. Any item returned without first obtaining a
RMA Number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned after 30 days
will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any item returned after 60 days can not be
accepted for return/credit. Returns should packaged carefully and may be sent to

Attn: RMA Department. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are
sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number
when you ship your package.
